Artisan Infrastructure is launching a ground breaking, Free, Unlimited, Beta Test of its new Object Based Cloud File Storage service.  The expected go live date for the free, beta period will be March, 15th, 2013.   

Due to overwhelming demand we have expanded the beta test from 250 to the first 500 pre-registered, channel partners.  The partners will have first access to cloud storage not exceeding $0.029 (2.9 cents) per GB.  

With this market disrupting price point, we expect the additional 250 beta test registrations to fill extremely quickly.

Registrations will be facilitated on a first come, first serve basis, only through the link below.  Neither Artisan Infrastructure sales representatives, nor support representatives will be able help with registration.

Q:   How can your company benefit from this service?

A:   Build your own solutions:

Q:   How much storage can I put on the system during the free beta?

A:    Unlimited

Q:   How much is the Artisan Infrastructure Cloud File Storage Service going to cost once the beta period expires?

A:   The maximum the service will cost for higher resiliency service is $.029/GB stored.  We expect lower costs for the lower resiliency product.

Q:  Who can sign up for this service?

A:   Any MSP, service provider or VAR.  End clients can trial the solution through an authorized partner of Artisan Infrastructure.  When the trial ends the end client and authorized partner will need to subscribe to the service.

Q:  How long will this beta last?

A:   We expect this beta to last at least 90 days, maybe 180 days.   We will provide a 60 day notice prior to converting the FREE UNLIMITED CLOUD FILE STORAGE into a chargeable service.

Q:  Will I get bills during this Free Trial?

A:    Yes, you will receive bills to understand the billing format but there will be no charges to your account processed.

Q:  Will I need to provide a method of payment to get an account?

A:    A method of payment will be put on file but services will remain FREE until the beta period ends.  Sixty (60) days’ notice will be provided prior to any services being billable.

Q:  When will the beta period start?

A:  Pre-registration participants who are accepted into the beta will be notified, via email, once the final date is determined.   At this time it is March 15th, 2013.

Our new Object based storage is compatible with the Amazon S3 API so if you would like to bring a vendor of your choice we will need to work with that vendor to certify them on the system.  If that vendor is compatible with Amazon S3 we anticipate a very easy certification process.  Your vendor will need to submit certification requests to certifcations@artisaninfrastruture.com and our engineering staff will get in touch.
