Epson Makes Impact At RSPA RetailNOW With Enhanced Connectivity, Partners And Presentation
News: Epson will be expanding connectivity for its POS printers with a new Ethernet interface, announce a number of new partnerships and certifications as well as unveil the EnvisionSM mSelect Partner Program.
Fishbowl, an intelligent marketing automation and analytics platform provider for the restaurant industry has joined Epson’s OmniLink® Merchant Services (OMS) platform.
New mSelect partners to date include Cirra Systems, provider of POS restaurant management systems, Masterpiece Los Angeles, a POS provider for Japanese restaurants, SALIDO, a unified, cloud-based restaurant management system, and TAP Portal, supplier of payment business applications.
SALIDO has certified the Epson TM-m30, TM-T88V and TM-U220- and TAP Portal has certified the Epson TM-m10 mobile POS solutions. MobileBytes has certified the Epson TM-T88V and the TM-U220 impact printer for its cloud-based restaurant POS management system.
Product Showcase: Epson will be demonstrating a wide range of its industry-leading POS solutions, including the OmniLink® smart printers and small footprint TM-m10 and TM-m30 mobile friendly POS printers (announced at RSPA 2015). Epson will also be showing its recently announced Kitchen Display Multi-Station Controller solution.

Epson’s Gregg Brunnick, director of product management & technical services, and Joel Doherty, global business development leader, Epson’s Business Systems Division, will lead a discussion on “Selling on Trust to Close New Deals.”
In this session, Epson and ISV partner Fishbowl will discuss how to leverage trust in a three-pronged approach to close more deals together as partners and through indirect sales support strategies.
