The six-building complex was monitored by an antiquated video security system whose coverage was limited. "They wanted to add more cameras and the way the old system was set-up, it was a big problem," says security integrator Chuck Hale of ECI Systems. Security personnel also were not happy with the image quality and how long it took to search though recorded video.
