D&H Wins 6 Out Of 14 Categories In ASCII Group's First Annual Distribution Survey
D&H Distributing, the major North American computer products and consumer electronics distributor, is proud to announce it was ranked highest in six out of the 14 categories in The ASCII Group's new reseller distribution survey. This effectively made D&H the top-rated distributor in a majority of the study's categories. The ASCII Group surveyed more than 100 of its members via web site, email and phone inquiries regarding their purchasing practices, based on a variety of criteria relevant to their business relationships with ASCII distribution partners. The ASCII Group plans to make its distribution survey a yearly undertaking.
In this survey, respondents claim that 76.2% of their purchases are made through distributors. The VARs were asked to rate their experiences with their ASCII distribution partners in 14 different areas. D&H was rated highest among the full-line distributors in the survey in the following categories: Accurate Shipping, Ease-Of-Doing-Business, Knowledgeable and Helpful Sales Reps, Quick Issue-Resolution, Timely Shipment, and Web Site Ease-Of-Use; plus in sub-categories under these banners as well.
