Data Projections Creates ‘100% Better-Looking' Sales Proposals

Texas-based company, Data Projections provides businesses, schools and governmental agencies with audio-visual solutions and collaboration tools ranging from video conferencing for conference rooms, board rooms and classrooms to network operating centers.

Executive Vice President, Robby Turner wanted to empower the sales team to more effectively and efficiently deliver great-looking proposals to customers. Any new quote and proposal automation solution chosen needed to be tightly integrated with Salesforce, the CRM system that had already been in use at Data Projections for over six years.

To start his search for a new solution, Turner visited with several quote and proposal automation vendors at the Salesforce user conference. “We looked at two or three other solutions at Dreamforce and evaluated Quosal the most closely because we felt that it was closest to what we wanted off-the-shelf. And from an integration standpoint, it seemed the easiest to deploy.”
