The Distributor is Working to Increase VARs’ Lenovo Business, Offering Monthly and Quarterly Rewards, While Supplying Top-Flight SMB Hardware
D&H Distributing, a major provider of SMB and consumer technologies to the North American high-tech channel, announces two new, exclusive programs to increase Lenovo business through its channel partners. The “Lenovo Score” and “Lenovo Opt-In” programs are designed to speed adoption of this manufacturer’s high-performance computing solutions among non-registered and Authorized/Silver registered Lenovo partners.
As part of the Lenovo Score program, D&H is offering all its Lenovo partners (regardless of their current partnership level) the opportunity to win an all-expense paid trip to the Napa Valley by achieving an annual sales goal on cumulative purchases of computing solutions made from October 2019 to September 2020. In addition, eligible D&H accounts that have not yet purchased Lenovo merchandise through D&H can collect potential credits of $1,000 per quarter by meeting pre-set sales goals. D&H’s dedicated Lenovo Specialist team is positioned to help partners reach those respective goals through sales tools, marketing support, and streamlined ordering.
Through D&H’s Opt-In program, the distributor will help Lenovo Authorized and Silver partners move “upstream” toward Platinum status. Eligible participants can earn monthly pay-outs by way of D&H credit, including the opportunity to earn double credit, plus additional incentives for those who achieve Lenovo Silver PCSD (PCs and Smart Devices) Partner Status.
The two offerings are designed to support VARs and MSPs as they sell Lenovo’s high performance computing hardware throughout the small business market, increasing their Lenovo business through a trusted distribution partner.
- Lenovo Score: The “Score” program is an exclusive D&H offering for all the distributor’s Lenovo partners. When they purchase a minimum of $40,000 in Lenovo PCSD products from D&H through September of 2020, they become eligible to win a four-day trip to Napa Valley, California. In addition, select accounts can earn up to $1,000 in D&H credit per quarter by meeting preset quarterly goals. Sales goals vary depending on the partner’s status upon entering the program.
- Lenovo Opt-In: This program is for D&H’s Authorized or Silver Lenovo partners, designed to help them increase sales in order to qualify for Platinum status. Partners who register for the Opt-In program will gain monthly pay-outs on eligible Lenovo purchases. In addition, qualifying participants can earn double D&H credit until March 31, 2020. Participants who reach Lenovo Silver PCSD Partner Status will receive 25% off Lenovo Premier Services, plus will earn higher monthly D&H credit payouts. The monthly D&H credit payouts are in addition to the MDF funds that Lenovo awards to Silver partners.
“The Lenovo Score and Opt-In programs allow us to provide specialized support for our partners’ Lenovo practices, while reaching out to groups of customers that have yet to experience the power and productivity of the Lenovo brand,” said Peter DiMarco, D&H’s vice president of VAR sales. “It’s a win-win scenario for the channel, since the end-result will be increased proliferation of Lenovo’s powerful, industry-leading computing solutions in small business environments. We look forward to helping more partners profit from an expanded relationship with this pioneering IT manufacturer.”
Lenovo offers industry-leading products such as the small footprint but high-power Lenovo ThinkCentre M90n Nano computer, which offers the same performance as a standard desktop unit but uses 15% less power. This is in addition to Lenovo’s iconic ThinkPad and ThinkStation notebooks and workstations with Core i9 processors; plus top-flight Lenovo Legion gaming solutions, accessories, components, and more.
