CRS has announced the release of the Z-POS Lite, a compact and cost-effective terminal from a new line of POS terminals from AdvanPOS Technology Co. Ltd., of Taipei, Taiwan. Adopting Intel’s latest eAtom technology, Z-POS Lite is a fanless and power efficient system offering uncompromised reliability and robustness.
The Z-POS Lite features a distinctively slim design catering to a wide variety of applications in the retail and hospitality sectors. It includes a magnesium-aluminum housing that provides excellent thermal conductivity, shielding for EMI protection, and is environment friendly. For design-conscious restaurants and specialty stores, AdvanPOS terminals can be custom-ordered in a variety of vibrant colors. Resellers can preview the AdvanPOS line at RetailNOW 2009, the Retail Solutions Providers Association (RSPA) Expo, July 11th through 16th at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas NV. Commercial quantity shipments are scheduled to arrive this July.
