ConnectWise Introduces Chat And Remote Control Capabilities

ConnectWise users can now benefit from a new a new chat and remote control product, ChatAssist. It allows you to communicate with your customers in real time, and, as Mark Sokol, director of marketing for ConnectWise, points out, puts you just one click away from your customer. “One click away means a better experience, a happier customer, and we believe a ConnectWise partner that will be able to grow or maintain their help and service teams that are optimized for customer satisfaction, but ultimately their profit margins,” Sokol says.
Sokol says ChatAssist was built into ConnectWise so partners could drive down their Service Level Agreements (SLAs), “or, in fact commit, to having SLAs.”
