CompTIA Applauds Establishment Of Congressional Small Business Information Technology Caucus
Rep. Peter Roskam (R-IL), Rep. Loretta Sanchez (D-CA) and other House colleagues came together to form the Congressional Small Business Information Technology Caucus. Todd Thibodeaux, president and chief executive officer of CompTIA, the non-profit trade association for the information technology (IT) industry, issued the following statement.
"CompTIA expresses deep appreciation to Rep. Peter Roskam (R-IL), Rep. Loretta Sanchez (D-CA) and their colleagues in the House for launching the Congressional Small Business Information Technology Caucus and looks forward to working with the Caucus to tackle critical issues that impact not only the IT industry, but the nation as a whole.
"The establishment of this new Caucus demonstrates that leading policymakers on both sides of the aisle recognize the significant role that small IT businesses can play in helping to put Americans back to work, protecting critical infrastructure and speeding and smoothing implementation of innovations in mobility, health care, green IT and other high growth sectors.
