Carla Cicero Named VP Of Ingram Micro's Data Capture/POS Division

Carla Cicero was newly appointed to the position of vice president, sales and vendor management, for Ingram Micro’s Data Capture/POS business unit. In this role, she is responsible for all sales functions, driving vendor strategic initiatives, and branding for the U.S. business unit.

Before joining the Data Capture/POS team in April 2012, Carla was responsible for driving the sales strategies and growing the business of Ingram Micro’s U.S. Strategic VAR partner base. During this time, she led several partner-focused sales initiatives and enabled her team to grow their share of wallet with many of Ingram Micro’s largest VAR partners.

Carla joined Ingram Micro in 1994, and has held various high-profile sales positions within the distributor’s U.S. organization. Earlier in her career, she was a National Accounts Executive with Cameron Computers where she was responsible for major accounts such as Eastman Kodak, Bausch & Lomb, University of Rochester and RIT.

Carla holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She lives with her family in Buffalo and enjoys international travel, gardening and spending time with her family, friends and pets.
