Stand Alone Capability — Eliminate the PC by easily connecting a scanner and keyboard directly to the printer and utilizing a CompactFlash (CF) card to store label formats, graphics, fonts, or databases. Printers perform database lookup from printer to CF card or any SQL database on the network.
All Connectivity Included — Standard interfaces on the A+ and Mach4 are serial, ethernet, USB, PCMCIA (Peripheral Component Microchannel Interconnect Architecture) port, CF port, and two master USB ports for connecting peripherals. Parallel and wireless are optional. The e4 offers serial, parallel, Ethernet, and USB. Hermes offers serial and parallel as standard.
Widest Assortment Of Attachments — cab manufactures a complete line of accessories for our printers, including cutters, perforators, rewinders, unwinders, bar code tester, applicator, etc. Accessories integrate into and communicate directly with printer.
True Family Of Printers — A+ Series includes 2-, 4-, 6-, and 8-inch widths and 200, 300, and 600 dpi. All electronic parts are the same in the A+ Series and the 200 and 300 dpi printheads are interchangeable. The Mach4 printer offers 200, 300, and 600 dpi capabilities. All A+ and Mach4 printers share the same logic board, power supply and firmware. e4 offers 200 and 300 dpi models and a free full version of software called eLabel. Hermes platform is based on legacy cab products and shares the same firmware with the A+ and Mach4 Series printers.
Easy To Use And Maintain — Platen roller and printhead are easy to remove, have easy-clean label sensor, 16 screws disassemble the A+ printer, straight media path.
High Quality Product — Die-cast aluminum frame, Kyocera printhead, 266MHz RISC Motorola Processor, 64MB RAM/8MB Flash Memory plus 2GB expandable.
