Keith Bradley Ingram Micro

Keith Bradley, the senior executive vice president and president of Ingram Micro North America, shared several leadership lessons during his May 15 presentation at Ingram’s Solutions Partner Invitational at the San Diego Marriott Marquis and Marina.

In this excerpt from his presentation, Bradley talks about four attributes he believes are necessary to have a productive executive team for a channel business:

  • Partner Advocate
  • Associate Development
  • Strategy and Vision
  • Results-Driven

“I think it’s extremely hard to actually find (all four attributes) in one executive,” Bradley says. “Personally, I think we all cover maybe two – if we’re lucky, three of those attributes.”
