Broadvox Names Bruce Chatterley As CEO

The addition of former MegaPath President and Speakeasy CEO adds to Hosting and Managed Services Expertise at Broadvox

Recently Broadvox, a leading VoIP, SIP Trunking and hosted unified communications provider, announced the appointment of Bruce Chatterley as the president and CEO of Broadvox.

Mr. Chatterley is an experienced executive who has over 25 years of domestic and international telecommunications and high-tech experience. Most recently, he was President of Business Markets at MegaPath where he co-led the successful integration of MegaPath, Covad and Speakeasy. Prior to MegaPath, Chatterley was President and CEO of Speakeasy. While at Speakeasy, Chatterley orchestrated a major strategic shift, generating significant growth for the company, ultimately resulting in the sale of the company to Best Buy Inc. in 2007. Speakeasy delivered hosted communications, web services and collaboration tools similar to Broadvox's current product portfolio.

"I am very excited to join Broadvox and look forward to working with the team to drive future growth. The company platform, both financially and technology-wise, is extremely strong and will serve as a powerful launching point for our new initiatives in the marketplace," said Bruce Chatterley, president and CEO of Broadvox.

Andre Temnorod will continue in his role as Chairman of the Board of Broadvox. Temnorod will focus on the company's technology platform strategy and on the continued growth of Broadvox's national private network.

"Appointing Bruce Chatterley as CEO is a major win for Broadvox," said Temnorod. Bruce is a decisive leader with extensive industry experience, and we are pleased to have him as part of our management team to continue our history of success and operational excellence."
