Bank Benefits From Document Capture, Retrieval, Delivery Solution

Rus Weatherby, information services manager for Great Southern Bank, can provide a long list of benefits from integrating secure document capture, retrieval, and delivery with document management. At the bank’s locations throughout Missouri, Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, and Nebraska, a solution leveraging Notable Solutions products enable capture, process, and routing of documents and information to the right locations and facilitates on-demand print jobs. This includes the addition of Notable Solutions’ mobile capabilities, which enables the bank to securely manage it all via smart devices when members of the bank’s team are working in the field or traveling among bank locations.

Weatherby says after the bank had experienced a period of growth — four acquisitions in as many years — there was a need to enhance its system of document transfer and collaboration.

Working closely with its reseller partner, Notable Solutions developed a solution using NSi Output Manager, NSi AutoStore, and NSi Mobile.

Output Manager is an integrated print management solution that controls secure production and delivery of printed information via networked attached devices. NSi AutoStore securely captures processes and routes information to the appropriate locations. NSi Mobile securely extends all of these capabilities to users’ mobile devices if required.
