eFIRST Capture provides a software solution to capture, sort, and process all types of paper and electronic documents with minimal operator intervention. Any structured or unstructured document can be automatically classified and processed including: letters, payments, e-mails, application forms, Web enquiries, invoices, letters, and general correspondence.

eFIRST Capture automatically sorts all in-bound documents into separate work queues using a unique document classifier to identify each document type. eFIRST Capture then processes each document by automatically extracting all relevant data using processing rules defined within the system. Almost any type of data can be automatically extracted, including handwritten and hand printed text, bar codes, logos, etc. The time required for a operator to verify documents or data is greatly reduced, significantly increasing productivity.
