AffinityLive Announces RMM Integration, Giving MSPs A Cloud-Based Management Alternative
AffinityLive, a provider of cloud-based automation software for the professional services sector, announced a partnership with Kaseya that offers IT solutions providers a way to manage their businesses from the cloud. AffinityLive made the announcement at The ASCII Group’s IT SMB Success Summit on July 31 in Warwick, RI.
Geoff McQueen, AffinityLive founder and CEO, says the feedback AffinityLive has been receiving is that MSPs want an alternative to PSAs based on legacy systems: “We’ve heard the message loud and clear,” McQueen says frustration results when managed services providers (MSPs) sell best-in-breed solutions — and then go back to their offices and manage them with 30-year-old technology.
According to McQueen, after the announcement of the partnership with Kaseya, which follows an announcement in May of a partnership with GFI MAX, inquiries about AffinityLive’s cloud-based professional services automation (PSA) increased by about 40 percent.
