Adam Alter To Deliver Keynote Address At CompTIA ChannelCon

Psychologist, Professor, Speaker and Best-Selling Author of “Drunk Tank Pink” to Share Insights on How Channel Partners Can Better Understand the Decision Making Processes of Customers and Prospects

CompTIA recently announced Professor Adam Alter will keynote ChannelCon 2015, the premier networking and training event for today’s leading and emerging IT vendors, distributors and channel partners. The renowned psychologist, speaker and best-selling author of “Drunk Tank Pink” will address an audience of more than 1,000 channel partners at the IT association’s annual event themed “Minds in Motion,” taking place Aug. 3-5 at the historic hilton chicago located in downtown Chicago.

Keynote to Spotlight Three Paths to Better Understanding Customers

Closely tying to the event theme, Alter’s keynote, “Three Paths to Understanding Your Customers,” will explore how businesses, and channel partners in particular, can better understand and predict the behavior of their customers.

Tapping into his repertoire of studies on consumer psychology, Alter will walk the audience through how and why customers make purchasing decisions and share what companies can do to maximize the appeal of their products, services and solutions. Alter will present a number of interventions showing companies how to communicate more effectively and compellingly with customers and prospects.
