A2iA Voted Best Channel Vendor

A2iA, a leading provider of document analysis and handwritten data extraction
technology, announced today that Business Solutions Magazine (BSM) has named
A2iA a Best Channel Vendor for 2009. Results were determined based on a survey
conducted by BSM, in which more than 17,000 votes were cast, making it one of
the largest surveys of its kind. A2iA is recognized in the ECM and Data Capture
Software category, and excelled in the Product Features, Product Innovation and
Product Reliability areas.

"This survey provides an excellent tool for the channel because it indicates
vendors that have highly satisfied VARs," said Jim Roddy, Jameson Publishing
President. "These details will help resellers make more informed decisions when
selecting new partners and new products to resell."

After being asked by their readers for this information, Business Solutions
Magazine conducted a survey to reveal who the industry deemed a leading channel
vendor. Survey participants were asked to rate their vendor partners on a scale
of 0 to 5 in seven categories through a web-based questionnaire, and an overall
score for each vendor was then determined. The more than 17,000 votes cast
represent 1,604 unique resellers, and an estimated $10.5 billion in annual
sales.

"This year marks the 10-year anniversary of A2iA Corp., the North and Latin
American subsidiary of A2iA," said Jean-Louis Fages, A2iA President and Chairman
of the Board. "We are proud to be recognized by our industry partners as a
market leader, and for our long-standing dedication and innovative solutions."

A2iA, a cursive extraction and recognition software company, has been working
with hundreds of resellers and integrators worldwide to process documents
automatically in the payment, mail, and forms processing markets for nearly 20
years. The A2iA toolkits are available in 22-country versions and 6-languages,
and are proven to reduce data-entry costs and improve workflow automation.
