Want More Revenue? Partner

As readers, you have often heard me talk about the advantages of partnering to expand and stabilize your IT solutions provider business. It's a message common to the managed services community, but it has started to gain popularity across the IT provider landscape. The reason? Plain old common sense. "It simply doesn't make sense for VARs to build in-house solutions when they can leverage partners to deliver a better experience for customers, all without the investment," says Justin Crotty, VP and GM of NetEnrich, which offers outsourced IT monitoring and management. He explains that many VARs and even small MSPs are facing the decision of building in-house solutions, such as private cloud solutions, or identifying partners with whom to outsource that service. "Many have found that a partner can help them grow, scale, and profit more quickly than the investment of capital and time into their own solution."
