The economic downturn has helped fuel the growth of managed print services, having now become synonymous with cost savings and organizational efficiency – two messages that resonate across all vertical segments and business types. The growth and expansion of MPS continues to gain momentum as more and more customers look to better manage or outsource these services and solutions. In turn, the evolution of the industry has led dealers to migrate toward a service-oriented sales model. Yet many IT resellers still consider the print service space new ground and somewhat daunting. However, tackling the initial hesitation of accessing a company's IT network is the first step in service-oriented partnerships.
