Tell us a little about the free POS program.
Harbortouch’s free point of sale program offers a full featured POS system to merchants with no upfront costs. The merchant receives state-of-the-art hardware and industry-specific software along with installation, training, and 24/7 technical support. The only cost to the merchant is a low monthly service fee.
What benefits does this program offer to POS resellers?
The ability to offer a free POS system sets our reseller partners apart from the competition. This program opens up a whole new market of merchants who previously could not afford a POS system or can’t get approved for financing. Instead of walking away from business, resellers can now earn an upfront commission and build a residual stream from these merchants. The program offers up to $650 in upfront bonuses per system. This means that if a merchant needs three systems at their business, you can earn nearly $2,000 in commissions from that one account. In addition to the upfront money, our residual program is the best in the industry. Every deal helps build a profitable, vested revenue stream. You also have the ability to offer your own “premium” service contract above and beyond what Harbortouch provides.
What support do you provide to your reseller partners?
We take a true partnership approach to our reseller relationships. Our dedicated representatives provide oneon- one sales support, assisting with every aspect of the sales process including merchant account pricing and filling out paperwork. We also offer a wealth of marketing materials, sales videos, merchant demos, and other sales collateral to assist with the sale. We have an online portal which provides numerous resources for resellers. Another unique aspect of our partnership program is that we provide free leads to our resellers. Our appointment setters deliver over 4,000 leads each month to our sales partners.
You recently announced some enhancements to the program. Can you tell us a little about those items?
