Customer onboarding is a crucial first stage in the customer experience. After all, first impressions make lasting impacts. Evidence suggests we form first impressions in about 1/10 of a second and those impressions are pretty hard to shake. Furthermore, research shows 94 percent of customers who have a “low-effort experience” will buy from that same company again. For these reasons, effective and speedy customer onboarding is absolutely critical. It’s an important moment of truth for any organization, and if done poorly, customer onboarding is where the seed of churn is planted.

Both are repeat winners and both have been very consistent with their scoring year-over-year. It is evident that these two vendors are taking the right steps to earn their status as tops in their category.
Today, our working lives have become virtually 24/7 (of course, there are a few hours left for sleep, sometimes). People working away from the traditional office have become the new normal.
One thing became very clear by the time this year’s CompTIA ChannelCon ended — this is an organization every VAR, MSP (managed services provider), integrator, and solutions provider should leverage.
