Sterling Payment Technologies To Install Upgraded Payment Solution At Four Winds Field

Stadium is home to Minor League Baseball’s South Bend Silver Hawks, affiliated with the Arizona Diamondbacks.

Sterling Payment Technologies announced recently that it has signed an agreement to install its payment solution, Bridge Business Intelligence, at Four Winds Field, home of the South Bend (Indiana) Silver Hawks, a minor league baseball team affiliated with the Arizona Diamondbacks.

Bridge Business Intelligence, combined with a SAM4s electronic cash register, provides an all-in-one payment solution that allows stadium owners and managers to accept all payment types, sell more in less time with two-second transactions, and allows users to access real-time sales data and change pricing remotely on smartphones or tablets.

The Bridge installation is part of $450,000 in improvements being made to the 5,000-seat stadium before the team’s season begins in April.

Four Winds Field joins a growing list of minor league stadiums that are using Sterling’s Bridge as their payment solution for ticket sales, concessions and merchandise.  Bridge’s fast transaction speed and enabling stadium personnel to change prices and PLUs instantly on mobile devices has resulted in stadiums seeing concession sales increase an average of 15 percent.
