Installation Review: Selling Sustainability With Records Management

Industry studies estimate that more than 80% of business information exists in the form of paper documents. Valuable paper files clutter the work-space, are misfiled in cabinets, or degrade in off-site storage facilities. By reducing reliance on paper, a business can reclaim valuable work space, recover lost time, and cut costs associated with inaccessible information. In addition, there is the environmental benefit of reducing paper waste. Paperless sustainability is being embraced and driven by a desire to improve business process efficiency in a manner that is eco-friendly and still contributes to a company's bottom line.
