Bematech customer display trade-in program rules and conditions

  • Purchase must be completed between February 1st, 2016 to June 30th, 2016.
  • This offer is not limited to same hardware interface display trade-in.
  • Rebate claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the purchase of a qualified Bematech display.
  • This offer is only valid for qualifying purchases of Bematech products by end users.
  • This offer is limited to end users in the Continental United States.
  • Not valid with any other offer. This promotion may not be combined with any other special pricing (price exception or rebate) that has been offered directly to an end user or to/through a reseller partner.
  • Bematech will accept rebate submission for a maximum of 50 units per end user during the program period.
  • This rebate is only valid for new products purchased. Trade-in displays need to be shipped within 30-days of invoice date for the new equipment. Your rebate amount will be determined by the number of eligible units trade-in and the corresponding number of eligible new units purchased (at 1:1 ratio of like products).
  • Bematech is not responsible for installation and reconfiguration/upgrade of software to work with the new displays.
  • Trade-in units must be in working condition and must include all accessories when received at the Bematech facility; rebate will not apply for non-working units. Handwritten invoices or sales history receipts will not be accepted as proof of purchase. Bematech and its agents have the right to substantiate sales receipts and serial numbers. Only one claim per qualified Bematech product purchased.
  • Allow 6 to 8 weeks for rebate check from time that trade-in product is received by Bematech. Rebate payable in U.S dollars only. Claims that do not comply with the terms of this offer will be rejected. Bematech is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected submissions. Rebate checks are void if not cashed within 90 days of the issuance and cannot be reissued. Bematech reserves the right to change specifications of this program at any time without prior notice.
