OS33 Addresses MSPs' Need To Move To The Cloud

Source: OS33, Inc.

OS33 CTO Alex Osipov challenges MSPs to develop greater knowledge of their customers' businesses so MSPs can sell more services.

At the recently held IT Nation trade show in Orlando, FL, Business Solutions Networking and Managed Services Editor Jay McCall met with OS33's Osipov to get his take on the most important trends and attendee feedback. In this two-minute video interview, Osipov talks about MSP's interest in moving away from break/fix businesses and into selling cloud-based solutions.

OS33 offers an IT-as-a-Service delivery platform for MSPs. Recently, the company announced OS33 Cloud Drive, a technology that creates a unified file system by bringing together storage from different private and public cloud technologies. OS33's Webtop with Cloud Drive technology now allows end users to access their files from any device, across cloud-based and local applications, providing users with a unified experience. OS33 Cloud Drive technology acts as a gateway for service providers and their customers by unifying the storage capabilities of Amazon Simple Storage, SharePoint 2010 Doclibs for ECM, and Microsoft Windows on NTFS and DFS. This allows MSPs to deploy and sell a unified cloud-based storage solution.
