OKI Data Americas Introduces School Docu Tool, Providing Educators With Customized Testing Capabilities And Document Management Solutions
OKI Data Americas announces the availability of School Docu Tool – a solution software that allows educators to print bubble sheet exam forms on-demand, then grade them quickly and efficiently using embedded functionality of the OKI MB700 Series multifunction printers (MFPs). The solution also provides grade analytics for each test along with advanced document management functions. By seamlessly integrating MFP functionality with a powerful suite of software tools, educators can manage student exam documents more effectively – significantly reducing the amount of time devoted to test grading and reporting. School Docu Tool is available at a list price of $1,999, and is available through OKI authorized partners.
School Docu Tool enables educators to prepare a test with 15, 30, 60 or 100-question bubble sheets, including optional essay fields. A master sheet is printed for teachers to populate with the correct answers which is then used for grading exams through the School Docu Tool embedded application. Completed exams are fed through one of the versatile OKI MB700 Series MFPs which scans and grades each document quickly and accurately. The solution also provides reports to assist teachers with analyzing test results by student, by classroom and by test question, as desired. The large touch-screen panel of the OKI MB700 Series MFPs helps make the process easy and efficient.
