New Remote IT Operations packages are designed to support solution providers and MSPs who serve midmarket companies with data center build-outs, integration and professional IT services

NetEnrich, Inc., a global provider of Remote Operations Center (ROC) services proven to transform channel partners' IT services businesses from transactional-based business models to recurring revenue models, recently introduced its mission-critical remote IT Operations packages for IT solution providers and MSPs who serve midmarket companies with data center build-outs, integration and professional IT services.

NetEnrich's new Mission Critical Operations (MCO) packages are comprised of remote infrastructure management (RIM) services for a core set of Microsoft business applications and IT infrastructure environments, including virtual machines used in midsized data centers. The new offerings leverage the company's unique ROC services to enable channel partners with 24x7 monitoring, troubleshooting, full-and partial remediation and complete IT operations and administration capabilities. In addition, NetEnrich has developed add-on service bundles to manage VoIP environments, as well as more complex virtual environments.

"Solution providers and MSPs need a better way to engage with and manage midmarket enterprise clients as their outsourced IT service provider," says NetEnrich CEO Raju Chekuri. "However, the costs and risks to building out an enterprise-class 24x7 Network Operations Center and remote capability can be very high. Our new MCO packages and add-on bundles conveniently deliver enterprise class RIM services to midmarket clients, giving IT solution providers and MSPs the right scale of IT operations so they can create and capitalize on new revenue streams previously unavailable to them."

NetEnrich Technology Platform Improves Efficiencies, Enhances Service Levels
Solution providers and MSPs using the new midmarket service bundles will benefit from NetEnrich's unrivaled IT operations technology platform accessed via its partner portal which delivers a "single pane of glass" view into an end client's server, network and cloud environments. In addition to the technology managed through the MCO bundles, NetEnrich partners have the advantage of easily supporting and managing additional infrastructure applications, including Microsoft SQL, SharePoint, Exchange, Active Directory, mobile device management, virtualization, Web servers, as well as private, public and hybrid clouds, all from one source. This "all-in-one" remote operations approach frees up valuable time for channel partners' engineering and technical staff, as well as for the customers they serve.

"NetEnrich's MCO package has given us a distinct competitive advantage when it comes to delivering remote operations services to our customers," says Chris Cramer, Director of Managed Services, I.T. Works. "The new MCO bundles provide us with the right level of IT operations to move beyond managed services subscription-only services and elevate our engagement with larger companies to earn greater recurring revenues and longer term stickiness. Additionally, the new ease of design and simple flat rate MSP pricing vastly improves our turnaround time."

Rick Phillips, Vice President of Services for NetEnrich partner Weidenhammer says, "NetEnrich's midmarket services allow me to build out our managed services business in two ways. First, we're able to take on more midsized enterprise clients where we manage their core infrastructure as an outsourced service provider. Second, we can add the capability to take on the management of unified communications, more complex virtual environments and clouds, which are the fastest growing technologies consumed by midsized companies today."
