To combat these seemingly endless threats, IT security should be a multilayered strategy built on technology, processes, and human behavior. It’s not a brick wall, although many depict it that way. As a services provider, it’s important to go above and beyond the role of trusted advisor, and really work to become the customer’s virtual CIO.
