We are excited to announce that, beginning in October 2013, the Strategic Technology Solutions committee will be making a regular contribution to connect Magazine in order to provide our readers with valuable information on vendor solutions, and to help all of our members in the ongoing journey to become and remain true solutions providers! In each of its upcoming contributions, the STS committee will highlight a category of technology solution that the committee feels RSPA members should be aware of and consider embracing.
Each solution profile will begin with an explanation of the technology solution, then proceed to take a deeper look at topics like: how it can be sold to an end-user, how long it takes to install, why it is important to know about an “as-a-Service” business model, how it might enhance the value proposition to customers, and more! The STS committee will work in collaboration with technology “experts” at distributor and/or ISV companies in order to deliver a solution profile that is complete and inclusive of different options within each technology solution.
