While much consolidation has taken place in this market from a vendor standpoint, there hasn’t been a maturation or new technology entrant that is so easy to use it has put integrators out of business. This market has complex needs, and new wireless technologies, RFID, sensors, and the Internet of Things (IoT) have created opportunities for those solutions providers looking to adapt.
