Be Prepared To Sell Public And Private Cloud

What is the most significant trend in cloud computing that VARs should be aware of?

Many organizations are evaluating on-site hardware/ software resources versus using hardware/ software resources from a cloud provider. This can change the buying habits of VARs' customers. It is important that VARs understand whether their customers are buying hardware to build their own private cloud or are shifting towards purchasing services from a regional or national cloud provider. VARs should look at reselling cloud services as part of their portfolio so that they can address both private and public cloud requirements for their customers.
