New Axcient Service Module allows MSPs to monitor and manage Axcient's data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solution from within the Managed Workplace dashboard

Ottawa, ON, Canada - Level Platforms today announced that Axcient, a leading cloud platform for eliminating business downtime and data loss, is the latest vendor to complete a deep product integration with its Managed Workplace remote monitoring and management (RMM) platform. Through its Vendor Alliance and Technology Integration Program (TIP) initiatives, Level Platforms is establishing Managed Workplace as the single platform for MSPs to manage the full range of vendor technologies impacting their end-customer's IT experience.

The Axcient Service Module installs with a few clicks and immediately provides a two-way integration between Managed Workplace and Axcient's hybrid cloud-based data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solution. The new Service Module allows MSPs to monitor the overall health and status of an end-client's backup and data protection system. This includes the ability to instantly identify protected, potentially unprotected and at-risk sites – as well as the success and failure of backup and recovery jobs - through Level Platforms' Managed Workplace dashboard.

"Businesses are increasingly turning to managed service providers for solutions to eliminate data loss, avoid IT downtime and keep applications up and running at all times," said Justin Moore, CEO of Axcient. "Our deeper integration with Level Platforms combines the leading RMM platform and the best data protection solution within a single interface. This ensures our joint partners can help their customers avoid losing revenue, reputation and data by getting them immediately back up and running after a system failure or disaster."

Service Modules provide MSPs with a complete, detailed view of the status of the participating vendor's products or services across all of their end-customers' network through the Level Platforms Managed Workplace dashboard. In combination with Auto-Monitoring and Persistent State Management features in Managed Workplace, MSPs can quickly and easily standardize, streamline and automate operations, isolate unique monitoring for specific devices, and utilize other advanced automation features to improve service delivery and lower operating costs. The Axcient Service Module is the most recently announced integration with Managed Workplace, with numerous hardware, software and cloud services vendors now enrolled in the TIP program.

"Working with leading vendors we're continuing to broaden the functionality of Managed Workplace to provide MSPs with a complete, detailed and deeper view of the entire IT ecosystem for their end-customers," said Gordon Rielly, CTO of Level Platforms. "The Axcient Service Module makes it easy for our Partners to fully monitor and manage the protection of their managed sites from within their regular workflow in Managed Workplace." The Level Platforms Vendor Alliance program provides vendors the opportunity to create improved channel loyalty, a superior end-customer experience and expanded sales opportunities through a variety of product integration and joint marketing programs.
