Q | We’re seeing a bit of a trend in operationally mature VARs moving into software development. What do you think is driving this trend?

1. The tools that are used to develop software continue to get more approachable. The costs and difficulty of these programs are no longer as large of a barrier as they once were.
2. New employees, who are often millennials, are demanding change in this digital era. They have grown up using computers, as have our operators.
