APG Cash Drawer's President Announced As RSPA's New Chairman Of The Board

Minneapolis, Minnesota - APG Cash Drawer, LLC is pleased to announce Mark J. Olson is now the Chairman of the RSPA (Retail Solutions Provider Association) board.

Olson, President of APG Cash Drawer since 1988, has been active as a vendor member of the RSPA and been seated on RSPA’s Board of Directors since 2009. His official inauguration took place at RSPA’s RetailNOW 2012 awards banquet in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Olson’s new position as RSPA Chairman marks an historic moment for the retail technology community. He is the first vendor member to be elected as Chairman of the RSPA association board. Olson will retain his position as Chairman for one year.

"We are living in a very interesting and dynamic time period, with tremendous changes, challenges as well as opportunities occurring right in front of us,” stated Olson. “During times of rapid change it is important to have cooperation between the various stakeholders.
