Zenith Infotech Spins Off Zenith RMM

Zenith Infotech, a vendor that’s been known in the channel for its RMM (remote monitoring and management), private cloud, and business continuity offerings, recently spun off its RMM division into a separate company called Zenith RMM. I caught up with Zenith Infotech’s CEO, Akash Saraf, who shared some of the reasons behind the decision. “We felt that with our broad product lines, we weren’t giving our RMM division enough R&D dollars and other attention it deserved,” he says. “We feel this move will also help the RMM business attract more senior management bench strength,” which was another goal.
